Membership and health assessment records are securely stored on paper, with access restricted to the Head Coach and Club Secretary.

Photographs and Videos
Photographic consent is requested on our membership form. Students are informed before photographs or videos are taken and may choose not to participate.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. We will stop future use and take reasonable steps to remove previously published images where possible.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for club administration, insurance, safeguarding or legal requirements. Records are securely disposed of when no longer needed.
